Squatter Arrested in Crystal Beach

It’s one thing to spend the long weekend out at the cottage, it’s another thing if you're breaking the law to do so.

NRP officers arrested a 28-year-old in the Crystal Beach area on Friday.

The alleged squatter had been charged with Being Unlawfully in a Dwelling House.

Police had been investigating several squatting complaints since mid-July.
