A total of 19 tickets were handed out during Niagara Regional Police's Easter Weekend R.I.D.E. program Friday night.
Out of roughly 500 drivers, eight were asked to take a breathalyzer test, and one of them received a three day license suspension.
One driver was found allegedly driving without a license. After providing a false name, police determined he had been suspended from driving due to a prior criminal charge. As a result, he was charged and his vehicle was impounded.
