Pelham Re-Listing Arena Lands

The arena lands are going back on the market in Pelham.

Council has decided to re-list the property for sale, without the requirement to follow the preferred development plan.

The lands on Haist Street were inherited by the town back in 2018, and the decision has been made to re-list the property for sale.

Council says the property must be sold to stay on track in the budget.

It's now listed at $3.2-million.

Any plans submitted for the lands would need to go through a public consultation process.
