Fort Erie Developer Looks to Replace Old Restaurant Building with Condos

A Niagara based developer is looking to build a seven-story condominium in Fort Erie, known as Compass Heights

According to the Fort Erie Post, it would be located on Central Ave, where the old Keystone Kelly’s restaurant building currently stands.

ATW Niagara Development Inc. unveiled plans on Wednesday, but they could change in the future.

The project has not gone before council yet.
