The NRP has laid it's first charge for passing a school bus, thanks to video evidence.
Police say they have footage of a driver passing a stopped bus. That driver now faces a $400 fine, a $90 surcharge and six demerit points.
Niagara Student Transportation Services started installing the cameras on their buses a few weeks ago.
Officials would like to have 100 buses equipped with the cameras by December.
