Blaze broke out Saturday night
Police and fire crews were called to a fire in thec Bertie Street and Central Avenue area around 11:30 pm.
As the fire department worked to put out the flames, police began investigating reports of a woman spotted leaving the scene carrying a gas can.
A short time later police arrested 55 year old Heather Van Rossum who is charged with arson and failing to comply with an undertaking.
