Suspect accused of intentionally hitting four vehicles, including three unmarked police cars

Police have made an arrest following a dangerous driving incident in St. Catharines.
Jeremy Joseph Bowen, 24, has been charged after a driver hit four vehicles at the Pen Centre in St. Catharines.
Three of the vehicles were unmarked police cars.
On January 18th, police received a tip that Bowen was spotted in downtown St. Catharines.
Officers attended the area, however, Bowen sped away when he saw them.
A short time later, he returned to the area, and police arrested him after a foot pursuit.
He's been charged with the following offences:
- Uttering Threats
- Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle (2 Counts)
- Theft Under $5000
- Failing to Comply with Probation (6 Counts)
- Flight from Peace Officer (2 Counts)
- Assault a Peace Officer with Weapon
- Fail to Stop at Scene of an Accident
- Assault Peace Officer
- Resist Arrest

Police are on the hunt after a driver hit three unmarked police cars.
Around 8:15 a.m. this morning, officers received a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of First Avenue and Woodlawn Road in Welland.
The black Honda Civic left before police arrive, but was later found at the Pen Centre in St. Catharines.
The driver hit the police cars and another parked vehicle, before taking off.
The suspect has been identified as 24 year old Jeremy Joseph Bowen of no fixed address.
He was last seen near Oakwood Drive and McLeod Road in Niagara Falls.
He is wanted for the following offences:
- Flight From Police (2 Counts)
- Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle (2 Counts)
- Fail to Comply with Probation (5 Counts)
- Theft Under $5000
- Assault with a Weapon
Bowen is described as:
- White male
- 5’11- ft. tall, 205 lbs.
- Brown hair, blue eyes (glasses)
- Tattoos
- Right Upper Arm - Words - "family"
- Left Forearm - Words - "not to we are lost"
He is believed to be driving a black 2021 four door Honda Civic with a rear Quebec license plate.
The plate bares the marker FNS2738.
There is believed to to be significant damage on the front end to the back end.
Investigators say he may also have two dogs, possibly pit bulls, in the vehicle with him.
His is location, and anyone who sees him is asked to call 911 and not approach him.
