Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady has decided to retire after 22 NFL seasons. He won seven Super Bowl championships throughout his pro-football career.
TAMPA BAY - After 22 seasons with the NFL, Tom Brady is ready to retire.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion quarterback announced his retirement plans on social media this morning. He said that he has always believed that football is an "all-in" proposition and he does not want to make that competitive commitment anymore, adding he wants to focus his time and energy elsewhere.
Brady spent the first 20 seasons of his pro-football career with the New England Patriots and his last two seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
