Police say it happened this morning east of London, with about 40 students on board
SWOX - One child had to be airlifted hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries after a school bus rolled over in South-West Oxford.
Emergency crews were called out to the area of Dodge Line and Cuthbert Road shortly after 8:00 a.m. today.
In a video posted on the OPP West Region X page, Sergeant Ed Sanchuk says the bus was carrying about 40 students at the time and all of their parents and caregivers have been notified.
One of the students was pinned by the bus and is now in a London hospital. The Oxford EMS transported six other patients to local hospitals. Police say five students sustained minor injuries, and the same goes for the driver of the bus.
Sergeant Sanchuk is asking everyone to stay away from the area of Dodge Line and Cuthbert Road as the investigation continues.
