Harry's New York Bar in Thorold suffers property damage
A 36 year old St. Catharines man is facing charges after Harry's New York Bar in Thorold suffered some property damage.
Niagara Regional police say two patrons of the bar had been asked to leave around 11:00 p.m. on Sunday for causing a distrubance.
Investigation has revealed one of the two patrons returned to the bar wearing a ski mask and proceeded to smash several windows of the establishment with a sledgehammer before being stopped by citizens.
Kyle Crooker is charged with mischief under $5,000 and disguise with intent.
He was released from custody with a court date set for September 20th.
