St. Catharines Man Arrested on Drug Charges

Police found hydromorphone, cocaine and fentanyl

More cocaine, hydromorphone and fentanyl taken off the streets by Niagara Regional police.

Officers used a search warrant yesterday in the Glenridge Avenue and Glen Morris Drive area of St. Catharines, and arrested a 20-year old local man for drug trafficking.

They found a significant quantity of drugs, but also over $92,000 in Canadian money, as well as a loaded gun and brass knuckles.

Police charged Mohamed Mojahid with trafficking and gun charges, but also resisting arrest.

  • Possession of Proceeds Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
  • Resist Arrest

He was held in custody pending a bail hearing today in St. Catharines.
