Police have no evidence to link sexual assault of teenager related to bus driving duties

A 52-year old school bus driver in Niagara Falls has been charged with sexual assault against a teenager.

Police say they started looking into complaints the man had assaulted the boy, under 16-years old, in Niagara Falls between May and November.

They arrested Todd Douglas Williston of Niagara Falls today, laying 5 charges:

  • Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 years of Age
  • Sexual Interference with a Person Under 16 years of Age

Police add he's worked as a school bus driver in Niagara Falls for about 4-years, but at this time don't have evidence showing a crime related to bus driving duties.
