A staff member from the Central Branch of the St. Catharines Public Library has tested positive for COVID-19.
The library closed the branch today to conduct a thorough cleaning and disinfection.
The staff member is in quarantine at home, and Niagara Public Health has been made aware of the situation.
The St. Catharines Public Library is reminding everyone to practice COVID-19 protocols such as social distancing, wearing face masks, and self isolating if you are showing any symptoms of the virus.
