Niagara Parks Police are investigating a "selfie" cell phone video of an individual over the retaining wall at the brink of Horseshoe Falls.
Details about the incident are limited.
Niagara Parks Police say anyone looking to perform such a stunt needs the permission of the Niagara Parks Commission.
Anyone who engages in feats like this could get a fine up to $10,000.
