Lots of people have been feeling worried, anxious, and overwhelmed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Officials say it's important to reach out if you need support while you're at home in self-isolation.
If you're in crisis or just need to talk to someone, you can reach COAST Niagara at 1-866-550-5205.
Children, youth and families will be able to access counselling and supports through the 24-hour Crisis Line at 1-800-263-4944.

If you experience any of the following mental health and addictions emergencies, you should visit your nearest Emergency Department or call 911 if you're also experiencing symptoms of COVID-19;
- Thinking about hurting others or have hurt someone
- Experiencing voices commanding you to hurt yourself or others
- Making choices that put you in serious danger
- Not being able to care for yourself, which puts you at risk
- Experiencing serious medication side effects such as swollen tongue, difficulty swallowing, unusual eye movements, severe muscle rigidity, etc.
- Thinking about or have taken a drug overdose
- Consuming excessive quantities of alcohol and combining this with prescription or other medications.
