
Niagara Health will begin screening people who enter hospitals in Niagara, and placing restrictions on who is allowed in.
On March 16 all Niagara Health sites will enforce screening for COVID-19 symptoms upon entry.
Every person who enters (staff, patients and visitors) will be screened and if criteria matching that of the virus is found a secondary examination will take place.
As well only one person is permitted to visit a patient at a time / accompany someone to an appointment.
All sites will also restrict enter/exit points for the buildings....

St. Catharines Site .... Main entrance & Emergency Department entrance
Welland Site .... Dialysis entrance & Emergency Department entrance
Greater Niagara General Site ... Main entrance & Emergency Department entrance
Port Colborne Site ... Urgent Care Centre entrance & West Urgent Care Centre side door
Douglas Memorial Site ... Main entrance & Urgent Care Centre entrance
