Niagara Falls will light up in royal blue for the remainder of the ten day mourning period.
Niagara Falls will light up in honour of Queen Elizabeth II.
The Niagara Parks Commission says the Canadian Horseshoe and American Falls will light up in royal blue every night from 10:30 until midnight for the remainder of the 10-day mourning period.
The mourning period will end on September 19th, the day of her state funeral.
Niagara Falls joins several other Canadian landmarks to light up for the Queen, including the Peace Tower and the the Senate of Canada Building.
Meanwhile, Niagara residents who want to sign a book of condolence for the Queen can head over to the office of St. Catharines MP Chris Bittle, as well as City Hall in Thorold, Fort Erie Town Hall, and Port Colborne Town Hall.
