Suspect charged with robbery, failing to comply with probation order.
A Niagara Falls man has been charged with robbery.
Police say on March 8th, two men stole items from Victoria & Maple Variety Store on Victoria Avenue, and assaulted a female employee.
The victim was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
One of the suspects, 26 year old Shawn Butler, was arrested shortly afterwards.
Yesterday, police arrested the second suspect, 33 year old Murray Nimmo.
He has been charged with robbery and failing to comply with a probation order.
