Winner announced in byelection
The city of Welland announcing a winner in its Ward 3 byelection.
John Mastroianni received a total of 712 of the 2,018 votes cast for 35 percent of the vote.
Close to 25 percent of eligible Ward 3 voters cast a ballot in the byelection
The vote count still has to be authenticated and certified by the city Clerk,
