Police in Niagara have charged a New Yorker for impaired driving.
A man from Syracuse, NY, as well as ten other individuals, were charged following R.I.D.E. spot checks between May 29th and June 6th.
The other people charged include 3 individuals each from St. Catharines and the Falls, and one person each from West Lincoln, Welland and Fort Erie.
All 11 also received a 90 day license suspension.
