Man Charged with More Offences Against Children

NRP say those charges, another 27, include voyeurism

The list of charges relating to voyeurism and other offences involving children under 16 keeps growing against a Welland man.

Police have laid another 27 charges against 39-year old Sean Mezo, for crimes that allegedly happened between May 4th and August 29th, last year, in Welland and St. Catharines, including at the Pen Centre.

  • Breaking and Entering with intent to commit an indictable offence (6 counts)
  • Trespassing or Prowling at Night Near Dwelling (7 counts)
  • Voyeurism (14 counts)

He had been arrested for breaking into a Welland home last August, and interacting with a child.

He's been in custody since August, with another court appearance today in St. Catharines.

Police released his picture for public safety, and in hopes other potential victims would come forward.
