Jays Play Last Game of Season At Temporary Home

Players pay tribute to fans at Sahlen Field

The Jays say goodbye Buffalo.

J-D Martinez and Hunter Renfroe connected back-to-back as the Boston Red Sox won a home run derby, beating Toronto 7-4 last night in the Blue Jays' final game at their temporary home in Buffalo.

In the middle of the third inning, Blue Jays players and coaches came out of the dugout to salute the fans at Sahlen Field.

And tickets to see the Toronto Blue Jays at Rogers Centre go on sale this morning at 10:00.

The Jays make their long-awaited return July 30th against the Kansas City Royals, the first of 10 straight home dates with a maximum of 15,000 fans under provincial pandemic guidelines.
