Police arrested 3 people, while finding fentanyl, cocaine, crystal meth, some money and shotgun
Police have moved in on a house in Port Colborne, on Wednesday, in connection to a drug investigation.
NRP began looking into illegal drug activity this month, eventually identifying a suspect house on Steele Street.
Police found roughly $45,000 worth of fentanyl, also some crystal meth and cocaine, as well as some money.
They also found a shotgun not safely stored, and the serial numbers removed.
Police charged 54-year old Angela Elizabeth Cirillo of Niagara Falls with:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Fentanyl
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Crystal Methamphetamine
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine
- Possession of Proceeds Obtained by Crime Under 5000
- Careless Storage of a Firearm
- Possession of a Firearm Knowing the Serial Number has been Tampered With
- Possession a Firearm Without a Licence
They also charged 45-year old Jeffrey Patrick Ring of Port Colborne with:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Fentanyl
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Crystal Methamphetamine
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine
- Careless Storage of a Firearm
- Possession of a Firearm Knowing the Serial Number has been Tampered With
- Possession a Firearm Without a Licence
- Possess Weapon Contrary to Court Imposed Prohibition
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Police kept them in custody pending a bail hearing yesterday in St. Catharines.
NRP add a third person, 34-year old Meghan Sarah Smith of Port Colborne, was charged with:
- Possession of controlled Substance – Fentanyl
- Possession of a Controlled Substance - Crystal Methamphetamine
She was released with a future court date.
