Four People Charged With Impaired Driving in Niagara

Niagara Regional Police releases latest list of impaired drivers

Four people are facing impaired driving charges after R.I.D.E. checks in Niagara. 

The arrests were made between July 24th - 30th. 

The following individuals are accused of driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs, refusing to provide a breath or blood sample, or driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit: 

  • Erling N. SOLORZANO-MONTOYA, 41yrs, St. Catharines
  • Jessy T. DAKIV, 29yrs, St. Catharines
  • Jeffrey A. SARDELLA, 36yrs, Hamilton
  • Denise E. GALLANT, 50yrs, St. Catharines

Each person also received a 90 day license suspension. 

Police say impaired driving kills more Canadians each year than any other crime.
