Four Charged in Armed Robbery, One Suspect On the Loose

One man hospitalized with serious injuries after being stabbed in Niagara Falls. 

Officers have arrested four people and are looking for a fifth suspect in connection to a stabbing in Niagara Falls. 

Investigators say a man in his 30s and a woman in her 40s were at a Fort Erie bar on Monday night around 10:00 p.m., when they accepted a ride back to Niagara Falls from an acquaintance. 

The driver stopped unexpectedly at a parking area on the Niagara Parkway near Thompson Road in Fort Erie. 

Three men and a woman were waiting in the parking lot, and one of the suspects pointed a firearm at the pair, demanding money. 

The male victim was struck with the weapon and beaten. 

The pair were then driven to Lundy's Lane and Kalar Road in Niagara Falls, where they were allowed to exit the vehicle. 

As they collected their belongings, one of the suspects stabbed the male victim several times. 

The man and the woman fled, and attended the hospital on their own. 

Police say the man was being treated was for serious stab wounds and injuries. 

Facing charges are 37 year old Dustin Murray Delange of no fixed address, as well as 42 year old Michael C. Nayler, 51 year old Yvon Joseph Bertrand and 51 year old Lori Johns, all of Fort Erie. 

An arrest warrant is being sought for a fifth suspect, 42 year old Michael Elliott Stapleton of Fort Erie. 

He's wanted for Robbery with a Firearm. 

Stapleton is described as white, 5'8", and 285 pounds with a heavy build. 

He has short brown hair, brown unshaven facial hair and blue eyes. 

He also has a neck tattoo, the word "Dakota" on his right forearm and The Joker on his left upper arm. 

Stapleton's current location is unknown, and anyone who spots him is advised not to approach him.
