Police say he is charged with impaired driving, after hitting truck on Garden City skyway
A 27-year old man from St. Catharines has been charged with impaired driving after a crash on the QEW.
Police were called to the top of the Garden City skyway, Niagara bound, just before 3, Wednesday morning.
They say a black car slammed into the back of a transport truck.
Amazingly, the driver suffered minor injuries.
