Concert taking place this Tuesday at St. Thomas Anglican Church
A holiday tradition is returning to St. Catharines.
The 32nd annual Civic Christmas Carol Concert will take place on Tuesday at St. Thomas Anglican Church.
The event was last held in person in 2019.
Doors will open at 11:30, and admission is free.
The concert will feature choirs from Laura Secord Secondary School and Harriet Tubman Public School.
The St. Catharines Civic Brass Ensemble will also play.
"I am excited to not only welcome the community back to usher in the season at the Civic Christmas Carol Concert in person, but to also share a message as part of the program. Christmas is one of the biggest holiday celebrations for my family," said Mayor Siscoe. "This is an important holiday tradition - one that attracts a large response from the community, who fills the church each year to enjoy the incredible performances. It also serves as a long-standing fundraiser for Community Cares that has raised in excess of $100,000 since it was started."
