You might be able to spot a few army men and women in Welland this weekend.
The Canadian Armed Forces is going to hold a training exercise close to the Welland International Flatwater Centre this Saturday morning from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
They're going to be carrying gear and moving canoes all while wearing camoflage clothing.
The physical exercises will also be taking place on Sunday September 13th and Saturday September 19th.
