Crews working to replace culverts.
A word of warning if your commute takes you along Balfour Street in Pelham.
Balfour Street is closed between Sixteen Road and Roland Road until September 1st.
The Town says crews are working to replace two culverts near Roland Road and Balfour Street.
Drivers can take Sixteen Road to Cream Street or Centre Street instead.
