A little bit of Ringo Starr will be in Niagara Falls soon.
Ringo Starr’s ‘Peace and Love’ sculpture to be planted in Niagara Botanical Gardens.
Starr has a list of cities he would like to see the sculptures on display, including Niagara Falls.
The monument is part of a global project involving the Ringo Starr Foundation, the 84-year-old musician’s Peace and Love Initiative and International Peace Garden Foundation.
Sponsorships are received and the sculptures are donated to organizations and cities to promote world peace, global friendship, green awareness and cultural exchange.
Niagara Parks Commission have invited Starr to the dedication of the sculpture at a future date.
